To become a member of this calendar, all you have to do is email me at and let me know the time zone you in which you wish to attend events (you will automatically be added to the national events such as Pebble Beach and Cavallino). The Administrator for that zone will then add you to that mailing list. My goal is to have these calendars updated once per month and have you emailed an invite at that time.


When you get an email inviting you to an event, you can respond "Yes", "No" or "Maybe". ONLY USE THE DROP DOWN MENU AT THE BOTTOM OF THE GREEN PORTION OF THE EMAIL TO RESPOND. If you use the "reply" feature of your email program or another button within your eamil, your response will not be noted on the calendar. By the way, you can always go back to that email and change your response.
